Cancellations and refunds

1. Moving a visit

You can move your visit to another free time without a fee. Call or email us. If you booked online, changes there close 48 hours before the visit; after that, please call.

2. Your legal right to cancel within 14 days

If you booked online, by phone, through our automated receptionist, or while Ismail was at your home, you can cancel within 14 days of booking, for any reason, and get a full refund of anything you've paid for visits that haven't happened.

If your visit is less than 14 days away, booking it means you ask us to start before your 14-day period ends. If you then cancel within the 14 days, you pay only for any visit that has already happened. Once a visit has taken place, you can't cancel that visit.

To cancel, tell us clearly by phone (07379 560779), by email (ismail@akhchirowellness.com), or by sending the form below. You don't have to give a reason.

3. Cancelling after the 14 days

Please give at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel with 48 hours' notice or more, there's no charge and we refund anything you've paid for that visit.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't attend, the full fee for that visit is charged.

4. Refunds

• We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you're cancelling, to the way you paid (or by bank transfer if you paid cash).
• If we cancel a visit or can't get to you, you get a full refund for that visit, or another time if you prefer.
• If you're unhappy with your care, please tell us. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
