How long is the first home visit?
Your initial home visit lasts 45 to 60 minutes and costs £120.
What happens at the first visit?
A thorough chiropractic assessment, a clear explanation of what's going on, and exercise and rehab advice.
What happens at the report of findings?
At your second visit (30 to 40 minutes, £100), Ismail explains what he found and what he recommends.
Can I book a treatment visit as a new patient?
No. New patients start with an initial home visit, so Ismail can assess you properly first.
Do you bring the equipment?
Yes. Ismail brings a portable treatment bench to your home.
How much space do I need?
A clear area of about 2 metres by 1 metre for the bench, with some room to move around it, and somewhere nearby to park.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, such as a T-shirt and joggers or leggings.
Which areas do you cover?
Homes within 10 miles of S3, Sheffield. Further out, add £10 to £20 depending on distance. You can check your postcode on our homepage.
When can you visit?
Saturday 5pm to 10pm, Sunday 7am to 9pm, and Monday and Tuesday 7am to 9pm.
How far ahead can I book?
Up to 6 months ahead, online or by phone.
How do I pay?
The initial home visit is paid before the visit by a secure Stripe payment link. Follow-up visits can be paid by bank transfer, Stripe or cash.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly, without a GP referral. If you're claiming through private health insurance, check with your insurer first, as some ask for one.
Can you see children?
Patients under 18 need a parent or guardian to give consent and be present for the whole visit.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund for visits that haven't happened. After that, please give at least 48 hours' notice, or the full fee is charged. Moving a visit is free.
