People who would rather not drive or sit in a waiting room when they're sore, parents fitting care around school runs, people working from home, and anyone who would simply rather be seen in the quiet of their own home.
At home or at work
If it suits you better, Ismail can come to your workplace instead, such as an office or unit in the Lower Don Valley, as long as there's a clear space for the treatment bench and somewhere nearby to park.
Visit times
Saturday 5pm to 10pm, Sunday 7am to 9pm, and Monday and Tuesday 7am to 9pm. Early starts and evenings mean you can fit a visit around work without leaving the house.
How your first visit works
Ismail brings a portable treatment bench and sets it up in your home. Your initial home visit is a thorough assessment and a clear explanation of what's going on, with exercise and rehab advice. At a second visit, the report of findings, he explains what he found and what he recommends. See every step.
Space and parking
A clear area of about 2 metres by 1 metre for the bench, with some room to move around it, and somewhere nearby to park. Parts of Gleadless Valley, Heeley and Meersbrook are steep: if your home is up steps or a steep path, mention it when you book so Ismail can plan for the bench.

Yes. Ismail visits on Saturday 5pm to 10pm, Sunday 7am to 9pm, and Monday and Tuesday 7am to 9pm.
How do I book?
Book online or call 07888 871641. New patients start with an initial home visit: online, you pay by card when you book; by phone or in our website chat, we text you a secure payment link, and your visit is confirmed once it is paid.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly, without a GP referral.
Can you come to my workplace instead?
Yes. Ismail can visit you at work or another place you choose in the same area, as long as there's a clear space for the treatment bench and somewhere nearby to park. Just give that address when you book.
