Travel
Travel is included for homes within 10 miles of S3, Sheffield. Further out, add £10 to £20 depending on distance; Ismail confirms the amount before your visit.
Paying
The initial home visit is paid before the visit by a secure Stripe payment link. Follow-up visits can be paid by bank transfer, Stripe or cash.
Moving or cancelling
You can cancel within 14 days of booking, for any reason, and get a full refund for visits that haven't happened. After that, please give at least 48 hours' notice: with less notice, or if you don't attend, the full fee is charged. Moving a visit is free. The details are on our cancellations and refunds page.
Health insurance
You can book without a GP referral. If you're claiming through private health insurance, check with your insurer first, as some ask for one.
