Before Ismail arrives
- Book online or call. New patients start with an initial home visit. Choose a time from Ismail's diary online, or ring 07379 560779. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder by text and email.
- Pay for your first visit. Ismail sends a secure Stripe payment link for the initial home visit, to pay before he arrives.
- Make a little space. A clear area of about 2 metres by 1 metre for the treatment bench, with some room to move around it, and somewhere nearby to park.
Visit 1 · Your initial home visit (45 to 60 minutes, £120)
Ismail brings a portable treatment bench and sets it up in your home. He asks about what's bothering you, your health and your history, then carries out a thorough assessment: how you move, your posture, and neurological and orthopaedic checks.
He explains what's going on in plain words and gives you exercise and rehab advice to start with.
Visit 2 · Your report of findings (30 to 40 minutes, £100)
Ismail explains what he found and what he recommends, and you decide together on the next steps.
Treatment visits (15 to 30 minutes, £85)
For existing patients. Care may include chiropractic adjustments or gentle mobilisation, soft tissue work, dry cupping and taping, and a home exercise programme. Ismail asks for your consent before any treatment.
Good to know. Patients under 18 need a parent or guardian to give consent and be present for the whole visit. If Ismail decides not to go ahead before assessing you (for example if it isn't safe or there isn't space), there's no charge.

Homes within 10 miles of S3, Sheffield. Further out, add £10 to £20 depending on distance. You can check your postcode on our homepage.
